Our client was faced with the challenge of obtaining ISO 27001 certification, as customers were increasingly demanding higher security standards and verifiable measures. There was a lack of uniform documentation and standardization of security processes, which led to uncertainty and a loss of trust among business partners. The project was initiated to achieve ISO 27001, optimize internal processes and strengthen customer confidence.

Our approach

Gap analysis
