G. Baumgartner AG was about to replace its existing time recording system in favor of the more modern HR360 human resource software.
The aim of the project was to migrate HR data and set up an HR data model for evaluations. This included the complete and verifiably correct migration of all historical master and booking data into the new HR system, as well as the modeling and development of an HR data warehouse (DWH). The main requirement: a trustworthy database in the new system, without manual post-processing, as the basis for reliable, automated evaluations.
